Celebrate achievements with personalised wood medals for school prizegivings, sports days, fun runs, corporate recognition and special events. Customise the printed medal face with your logo or school crest, award title, recipient name, date and message.

Choose your ribbon: a plain ribbon from R65 per medal, or a printed ribbon at R85 per medal. A printed ribbon can carry your school, company or event branding.

Confirm your required medal size, shape, ribbon and quantity before ordering. The photos show example round and shield-style designs; the final shape, wording, colours and ribbon details are confirmed with your artwork proof.

Supply print-ready artwork or request a custom design. Artwork creation or editing is quoted separately. Production begins after you approve the artwork.

Made to order. Production lead time is confirmed according to the order quantity, material and ribbon availability, and artwork requirements. Production starts after artwork approval.

Please confirm your required date before ordering, particularly for school prizegivings, corporate events, sports days and bulk orders. Courier delivery time is additional.

Shipping options with price and lead-times:

  • The Courier Guy:
    • To Cape Town and surrounds (1-3 business days) – R100
    • To the rest of South Africa (3-5 business days) R 130
  • PUDO Lockers:
R 80 up to 5kg package (1-4 business days)
If you choose this option, we will get in touch with locker options that you can choose from. 
  • PAXI (PEP Stores):
R 70 up to 5kg package (7-9 business days)
R 110 up to 5kg package (3-5 business days)

If you choose this option, we will get in touch with store options that you can choose from. 

  • Free Shipping – Orders above R 1 250 will receive Free Shipping. 
  • Collection – You can also choose to collect your order at my home in Parow, Cape Town. If you choose this option you will receive a notification to let you know when your order is ready and we will arrange a time for you to collect.

 

Returns:

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery only if the order you received has been damaged during transit. If you have any issues or would like to return an item, please email us at orders@butwhynot.co.za
