Shipping and Returns

But Why Not offers different shipping options, each with their own price and lead-time.

Options for you will be made available at checkout and for some shipping options we will get in touch with you to confirm delivery destination.

 

Shipping options with price and lead-times:

  • The Courier Guy:
    • To Cape Town and surrounds (1-3 business days) – R100
    • To the rest of South Africa (3-5 business days) R 130
  • PUDO Lockers:
R 80 up to 5kg package (1-4 business days)
If you choose this option, we will get in touch with locker options that you can choose from. 
  • PAXI (PEP Stores):
R 70 up to 5kg package (7-9 business days)
R 110 up to 5kg package (3-5 business days)

If you choose this option, we will get in touch with store options that you can choose from. 

  • Free Shipping – Orders above R 1 250 will receive Free Shipping. 
  • Collection – You can also choose to collect your order at my home in Parow, Cape Town. If you choose this option you will receive a notification to let you know when your order is ready and we will arrange a time for you to collect.

 

Returns:

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery only if the order you received has been damaged during transit. If you have any issues or would like to return an item, please email us at orders@butwhynot.co.za
